The school has a good communication with the publics because of its online reputation management strategy. Online communication is more easy and convenient because people are using smartphones these days. The smartphones have access to the internet therefore other information about the school does not need them to walk or to travel to school.

There are some social media pages(Facebook, Twitter, instagram and YouTube) where they can engage with the school. the school post its progress in social media pages so that these progresses can reach into public eyes. The emergency announcements are also posted in social media by the school. when the publics have complains the school post their apologies on social media and also remind them about the excellent history and also promise to do better.

Our aim is to make sure that negative information does not show on the apps that is why we are encouraging positive reviews. The name of the school appears on Google so that is going to be easy to search something important, online reputation management strategy is very important on the NGO's because they are the public eyes.
