HIV/AIDS POLICY OF THE NGO

The school is playing an important role in protecting learners who are living with HIL/AIDS and also ensures that they protect other from being infected. It is the responsibility of the school to keep the HIV status of the learners confidential to avoid discrimination because the learners who are living with HIV also have the right to receive equal fairness and love.

AS Canaan Primary School is powered by the Department of Education it works together with the Department of Health to provide the quality PPE;s of protecting stakeholders . Each and every class is provide wit plastic gloves, sanitary pads, bandages, surgical spirits, wound ointment, cotton wools and also posters that teach about HIL/AIDS.
